I loved this place! The price for private rooms is unbeatable. Generally everything worked. Management was not great but better than a lot of the horror stories I've heard from other people. Laundry is included in the cost which is nice. I didn't have a car so it didn't bother me but most people have a hard time with the small parking lot. Skyview 1 is refurbished and super nice compared to the other two so if you're looking to rent make sure to check them all. Living here inspired me to never rent from Schenck properties again. The landlord id horrible. My roommate had a leaky roof for a whole year, and he'd get mad at her every time she called about it. I found out halfway through the year that he'd told the girl who lived there before that he'd fixed it, so he was well aware of the problem and never bothered to get it fixed. He's really mean if you call him about anything- like he can't be bothered to actually do anything but collect checks. The rent is cheap for a private room, but the rooms are so tiny and the management so horrible that it's not worth it I rented from fall '05 through summer '06. ...
