Parking is the only downside. The apartment was spacious, I had the private room which was huge for BYU approved housing. The landlord was super responsive and fulfilled all requests the next day. The ward is good, the apartment is nice, there are two
fridges. But there isn't quite enough parking.
I rented from fall 2015 through summer 2016.

If you like being miserable, rent from Bill. Worst place ever. There's also more tenants than parking spot.

BEWARE!!!! Bill Thompson (William Thompson) is the (CHEATING/LYING/GREEDY landlord here and he works at the BYU conflict resolution office and is over the landlord/tenant disagreements so if you try to file a complaint with BYU he is the one you work
with. Quite a conflict of interest if you ask me. He told us so many things prior to us moving in I cannot even list them and never followed through. A big one is that he said he was having the apartment renovated and would be done by August before we moved in (because he was violating state zoning laws and they made him add a few walls because he was housing too many people in his apartments) and then he didn't finish the renovation until OCTOBER and wouldn't reimburse us anything for having construction workers constantly walking in and out of our apt for 2 months! We tried to file a complaint but he is the one that deals with those so there was nothing we could do! And he charges you $45 for utilities/month and says he'll give you back what you don't use in utilities. BULL CRAP, he doesn't keep track he kept all the money and then charged us $300 for carpet cleaning which HE NEVER DID. I'm begging you not to perpetuate this man's greed and fraud by not renting from him and spreading the word about what a terrible person he is. He owns most of Aretta Garden's, except for 14 i think. He is a dick to work with and puts on this fake smile that just makes me want to punch him every time he says something to me. Live in Victoria Place II if you want to be in this ward.
I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

Renting from Keystone Properties dealing with Scott Stone was THE worst experience I have had in my 20 odd years of living. He is the absolute scum of the earth. Probably the best part about dealing with Scott was talking to his wife lied to both my dad
and to the BYU housing department. Scott charged me rent for an apartment that I had moved out of!! I even went to mediation with him and he acted like all the pompous, narcissistic men out there who couldn't believe that I a 20 year old, female, college student would even talk to him let alone accuse him of doing wrong. He wouldn't even admit to breaking zoning laws which even BYU admitted that he was. The problem is Scott Stone is a close friend with people who work in the BYU housing department which means he will always win. Don't give him that chance, don't give him your money, don't sign your life away to Scott Stone whether it is at Aretta Gardens or anywhere in Provo.
I rented from winter 10 through summer 10.

Our landlord sold our contracts out from under us, so that part wasn't good, but I love the ward and it's a lot of fun to live here!
I rented from spring '06 through summer '07.
