If you want a bling bling place, you don't want to be here, it's really kinda average on quality (some old paint, etc). New management has worked hard to make changes after a rocky start, seem to be doing well. I rented from fall '06 through summer '08.

I was here for the winter semester 07 and ownership was changed from last year. Things didn't get fixed and it's august and I still haven't seen my deposit from winter semester (it's not uncommon here). The price is still good, but it has gone up a bit. The horror stories I could tell you... I rented from winter '07 through winter '07. ...

Probably one of the best hidden gems in Provo. Excellent price, and it's not a hole in the wall. Comes with free cable, internet, and the price mentioned includes utilities. I rented from spring '05 through winter '06.
