I have had a great time being a resident at Belmont Condos. All the condos are very clean and spacious. Only three people are in each apartment which is awesome. Storage space is limited though and walls are pretty thin.

I have lived at Belmont twice. Once back in 2011, and then for just a week this past April. I am specifically writing this review to warn other students to be careful when renting from Belmont. There are some really nice apartments in Belmont, and there are some really, really awful ones as well. It totally depends on your management/landlord. The system is skewed in favor of landlords, so try to do as much research as you can before renting. Also NEVER rent sight unseen. You will regret it. And NEVER rent from a landlord named Fadwa Lawrence. She is a liar and will not only never return your money, she will charge you additional payments for apartment "fixes" that she should be paying for. I rented from spring 2016 through spring 2016. ...

The apartments generally aren't terrible, though it's clear no dollar of security deposit money has ever been spent on cleaning or repairs; carpet satins, torn / burned linoleum, and holes in walls are common. The management is sloppy and highly unresponsive. Rent is high compared to comparable apartment complexes in the area. ...

The apartments are really nice and very spacious. Parking is assigned, so it's never a hassle (except for guests). Good location, pretty surroundings. My only complaint is the social scene. People are kind of closed off. It's really hard to get people involved, but if you give it some time, people are actually pretty chill. ...
