The building is older and in need of repair both outside and within. 3 students are still cramed into each room that they provide with only a table and 2 chairs to provide "desk space" for 3 tennants;. However they do provide 3 separate closet spaces
and adiquate storage area's if you pack light. Single rooms and double rooms are rumored to still be available but they are few and almost always unavailable. The office hours are limited to only 3 hours during the week day. Management takes FOREVER to reply to mantenance checks that aren't "important" It took 2 semesters of pestering before the managers finally convinced management to finally fix the crack in the flooring near the tub in the bathroom that was there when we moved in. The managers were alright and would try to reply in a timely manner in order to answer worries and concerns as they could. But they would get irritated if you needed to knock on their door before and after office hours to get help as they have a baby. Good people, but could be difficult to speak too. The laundry room was broken into 3 times to my knowledge during the fall and winter semester. And for what ever reason during the winter semester the cleaning checks became ridiculously nickpicky and they (owners and management) failed nearly every single tennant in every apartment charging $7.50 cleaning recheck fees and would charge you $20+ an hour for their people to come in and clean for you. If you decide to move in expect to be scrubing the baseboards with a toothbrush and removing every speck of dust, dirt, and bathroom mold from the floors, walls, and celling if they are still strict. Overall expirence was .... alright, decient parking by byu standards, walk to campas was manageable if you left early enough. If you are expecting access to the pool only live there spring and summer or else you won't really be able to go swimming as the pool is uncovered. The ward and bishopric was kind and fantastic and by far the best part of the expirence. But it didn't make up for the state of the building and the unfair treatment/ charges from the owners and management in my mind.
I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017.

I filled out information to apply for these apartments but did not sign any document to my knowledge or contract. I ended up getting housing somewhere else. I kept getting emails saying that if I didn't finish the contract that it would be voided. So I
never responded, because I found somewhere else and didn't sign anything. I get a call a few weeks later from one of the managers saying that I owe them $50 for a cancelation fee. I've tried disputing it, but they have apparent proof that I electronically signed the contract. Very upset that they aren't even willing to work whatsoever. Worst people that I've had to deal with. Didn't respond my emails even after a week.

I lived here for five years, through two owners and four sets of managers. The old owners were great, the new ones, not so much at all. They limit the office hours of the management to only two or three hours a day. They also used to have rooms with only
two people in them, and now they only have rooms with three people. The owner wanted to put women on the bottom floor of the men's building, but obviously that is against BYU contract policies, so that got stopped. The bishop is great, but the ward is really young, lots of sophomores. There is lots of parking, between the covered lot in the back and the lot across the street. And there has never been a problem with booting and towing.
I rented from spring '04 through summer '09.

I really enjoyed living in the BC. Great social atmosphere. We didn't ever have any problems with management. The management is very personal and they seem to care about their tenants. I didn't have much break in my apartment, but the one time we did
have a problem (garbage disposal broke) they seemed to get there quickly enough.
I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

The cleaning checks lady was affectionately known as Hitler's Grandma. the landlords and their property management people treated the tenants as sub-human, they were extremely slow when asked to repair or perform maintenance. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS
YOU ARE DESPERATE.
I rented from spring '08 through summer '08.

They were extremely slow to respond to maintenance issues. We asked them several times to fix our fire alarm and 3 months later it still wasn't fixed. They also violated the contract and broke in and entered my fiance's apartment without any notice.
Our air conditioning didn't work and they didn't fix it until we physically showed them it dumped mold on our floor. It is tiny and expensive considering there are 6 people to an apartment. I do not recommend this complex at all.
