Quality-The only response I can offer is the management is unprofessional, snotty and passive aggressive. Price-We expected to pay $1000 per month, yet somehow we find ourselves paying $1300 not including utilities. Location-There is so many other apartments around, do yourself a favor and don't live here. Social Life-If you like to party with the cops, who are always in the parking lot, and loud dogs, Canyon View Crossing is the place for you! Management-AWFUL, AMC Property Management is the worst I've ever seen. Never communicate, always cop-out, and never comply with their lease agreements. The onsite manager, is an emotional mess, who's number one response to things in passive aggression. Parking- Our car got towed out of our registered parking spot, which we pay a fee monthly to have, $200 later we are still consistently the one who get screwed over. I rented from winter 2016 through summer 2017. ...

If you enjoy the following, you'll love Canyon View Crossing: • Having your packages from UPS stolen, and no security system. • Constantly being given incorrect information by management. • Being as confused as management is about the details of the property. • Providing management with documentation multiple times, because they lose it! • Being lied to by management. • Deciphering the worst grammar you've ever seen, if management ever emails you back. • A property owned by AMC Llc, who sports an F rating by the BBB. • An internet QoS that doesn't allow HD video streaming or gaming. • Service people who miss appointments and then show up unannounced. • Amenities that are only open while you're at work. • Paying extra if you want to use amenities outside of the hours you're normally at work! • A workout room with as much broken and missing equipment as working items. • Calling a phone line that no one ever picks up. • Paying your rent early on holiday weekends, or paying a fee! • Paying hidden fees for parking, garbage collection, "service," and more! • Riding in elevators that feel like a sauna using dog urine instead of water. • Stepping in spills and trash when using the trash chute, they're never cleaned up and always there! • Waiting over 48 hours for email responses, every time. • Being given towing notices for parking in your assigned parking spot! • Parking a block down the street if you have a second vehicle. • Walking your dogs in grass that's often taller than they are! • Being locked out because the key fob system stops working! All of these features are just a few of the reasons that make Canyon View Crossing and management special. I rented from spring 2017 through summer 2017. ...

Over priced they make you pay 20$ a month for some one to take your trash out twice a week so you're smelling your neighbors trash outside your door for days you have to pay $90 a month for the Internet which I on average got 18mgbps that's hardlined with no router in between I could barely stream Netflix. On the north end of complex B 3rd floor the carpet outside of the doors reeks of urine and the stairwell because the neighbors just let their dogs pee and poop wherever and leave it there this includes outside so if you enjoy waking up to terrible smells every morning this is your place and I need to mention management does NOTHING about it the two girls in there just smile and nod and don't give a crap about any of your complaints I rented from winter 2016 through summer 2016. ...
