So - I wrote the review before with more anger than I should have, and I feel that it was a little unfair.
Here are the facts:
The manager has been very willing to give us a check out time that will work for us even though the move out date was
changed. In fairness, we asked to change the move out date multiple times to try to coordinate schedules with the moving company. While they didn't communicate this change well between landlords and managers which caused us some frustration, they worked hard to be accommodating.
The manager that took longer to fix our sink no longer works there, and the new managers have been prompt about investigating maintenance requests.
I believe our maintenance request for the water heater got lost when our new managers came on - so I don't blame them for that. The only recommendation I would give them: please keep tenants informed of timelines. We were in the dark about the times that the repairs would take place. At least knowing would have helped us plan/prepare for living without a kitchen floor while it was being replaced.
Overall, good value for the price of the apartment. Despite the issues I mentioned with management, the apartments themselves are quite nice considering the price.
I rented from winter 2016 through summer 2017.

Management is terrible here. Avoid this place if you can.
We kept our contract through the next year and then later sold it. Our legal contract says we move out August 25 - but they claimed they could kick us out on the 18th. It's not worth the
headache to deal with them - they are very disorganized.
The managers are also lazy and take weeks to get back to us on urgent maintenance requests. For example, they told us on a Friday that they wouldn't come for repairs until Monday or Tuesday because they didn't feel like it (our kitchen sink was broken). Another time, it took them three weeks to fix our water heater (left without hot water for 2 days) and left without a kitchen floor for two weeks. We were promised reimbursement but did not receive any.

Don't pay with a credit card or check. They take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to process the charge. When you pay with a credit card they charge you $15.60 "convenience fee". They keep horrible books and will rarely have the correct information. They are
hurting for money! They will try to change your deposit amount mid-contract and you will most-likely have a rent increase. I liked living here until I had a problem, then all hell broke out.
The apartments are alittle small, but a 10 minute walk to BYU and close to Smiths.
I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.
