She is the worst landlord on the planet. Breaks her side of the contract in so many ways, but still expects tenants to keep their end of it. Lived there 6 months and there was a mouse problem the entire time, and she failed to clean up water damage from flooding as well. Takes easily twice as long to do repairs as she is required and never provides things she promised to such as laundry or even a railing for one of the tenants closets. Never live here, she only wants to bully you out of your money. ...
