I LOVE THIS PLACE! if you speak a language or would like to improve your language skills, its a great place to be. the social aspect of it is amazing. its smaller than most on campus places, which means everybody knows everybody and its one huge family.
i absolutely love it and i will continue to live here for who knows how long.
I rented from winter 2016 through winter 2016.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with them. Unless you can guarantee you can make it to every single dinner, DON'T LIVE HERE. They literally terminated my contract and left me homeless because I had an evening class that conflicted with Wednesday night
dinners, then didn't help at all to find me somewhere else to live. Horrific service.

The people here are great, but the apartment is a rip off. Plus, the landlord never answers and returns calls. Waste of my money for an apparent "immersion" program.

Great place if you want to learn a language. The bigger houses (Spanish,German, French) have better food. Lots of fun activities every week. It is a walk to campus but there is a bus stop right outside.
I rented from fall 10 through winter 11.

If you speak and love languages this is the place. If you are into a foreign language, if you really like speaking it all the time, you definitely will like this. Otherwise it will be a cruel punishment in your life. People usually speak a couple of
languages, you get to know mostly everyone because you cook everyday with most of the people. It is a bubble inside of another bubble, but it is a unique group of extraordinary people. Usually those who live there are very talented and very smart, you will find many leaders here. You may find some stereotypes such as nerds and hi-tech guys in the Japanese house and party guys in the Spanish house. But there are people of all majors and all interests, many of them in BYU choirs, dance teams, sports, etc.
