I only marked price down because you can't give a perfect rating, I think the pricing is totally reasonable for what these apartments offer! Management is great, they were really on top of it whenever we had a question. The ward is awesome, the girls in the complex are awesome. I LOVED the covered parking, it was so perfect in the winter. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

A great apartment, good location, great ward, terrible awful landlady. She doesn't stay in touch, forgot my name 10 months into the year contract (the dropdown boxes on this form don't let me say I stayed until Fall 2012), took my deposit informing me after 6 months that I had several late payments on my rent. The air conditioning was broken and it took weeks for a simple repair or any response really. Plan on paying through your nose if you have any late fees or any complaints -- overall, I would highly recommend living somewhere else. I wish I could have avoided such an unpleasant landlady. I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

I seriously love this complex and I am so sad to be leaving. The ward is amazing, everyone is so friendly and chill. Having a washer and dryer is the best thing of my life, and it's a five minute walk to campus. Parking is great, basically everything is great. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

Hampton Court is a great place to live! After three years of living here, I am sad to leave. The set up of the apartments are really nice and provide plenty of space. Its in a great location for BYU students and has a lot to offer for the price! (ie: Washer and dryer, free covered parking, two bed/two bath, air conditioning, etc) I rented from fall '08 through summer 11. ...
