Mold, broken smoke detectors, ripped carpet and more mold. How does an apartment complex think mold and broken smoke detectors?
I rented from winter 2020 through winter 2020.

Don't live here, Aspenridge is the worst management and will charge you for everything. There is plenty of parking but they are not good about plowing in the winter, I couldn't get out in time for work quite a few mornings. I lived in #1 and #7, I
loved 7 but had nothing but problems with 1, it is crappy and the owner doesn't care to fix it up.
I rented from spring 2016 through summer 2017.

Really the only good thing about Stonebridge II is that there is covered parking. I lived in one of the bottom floor units and it was terrible. The only reason I stayed is because I couldn't sell my contract, and believe me I tried the entire year!
Apartment is old and lots of things are broken, the owner is slow to approve things to get fixed, or even fix them at all. And Aspen Ridge is TERRIBLE to work with. I've complained about homeless people being in the parking lot, cars that have never moved since I've lived here, our fridge and dryer being broken for weeks at a time and they do nothing about it. And by far the worst thing is they are CONSTANTLY bringing people over to "show" the apartment. I don't feel at home at all when they are constantly coming over with strangers. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
I rented from spring 2016 through summer 2017.

Worst place ever! I lived in #306. Each apartment is individually owned and our landlord/reality company ripped me off. Paid $335 the ENTIRE year, while everyone else was paying significantly less during spring and summer. Place was filthy when I
moved in.
I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

Stonebridge Condos are individually owned so the quality, price, and landlord change from apartment to apartment. Also, Stonebridge consists of two wards. I lived in the ward that encompassed building one and building three - superb ward. As for
location, you CANNOT get closer to campus than these apartments. 3-5 minute walk to the WILK. Parking stinks. There is one underground parking spot per apartment and sometimes, if your landlord participates in the HOA or something, you will have a second spot. However, there are generally only 3 girls per apartment so it's not THAT bad.
I rented from winter '06 through winter '07.
