Current Resident

The crime rate at The Alloy at Geneva is out of this world. There are Officers here most every day. The back parking lot is nothing but a drug exchange, dirty needle all over the place, you walk outside of your apartment and half of the time you can smell pot. I recently feel on the ice, I reported it to management and basically got told go to hell. They are currently not renewing leases for old tenants, so they can get a high rent price. Stay away and don’t rent from here. ...
