It’s an older complex and so as usual there are a few maintenance problems but not too big. It’s a nice area really close to the UVU and Walmart. Parking can be a pain since no assigned parking and everyone wants the best spot. There is no washer and dryer in the apartments but there is a building on the premises to do laundry. Events and activities are always going on so you can meet new people. Rent is a reasonable price as well. ...

Great location, cool ward. If you ever need to get out of your contract before its over, be prepared to receive no help. They won't tell you what you need to do to move out early, or what the process is to sell the contract to somebody else. This was a really nice place to live. The apartments are nice and new, and the management is good about upkeep. The best part is the shuttle that runs between UVU and the apartments twice an hour, so you don't have to worry about finding parking at UVU. Reasonable prices, great wards, and lots of social activities put on by the complex and the RECs. I would definitely recommend this complex. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...
