This apartment complex converts to married housing after April 2009 I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

The landlord was cool and they always fixed things that we asked them to. The price was good as well. However the location is a little farther from campus than I liked. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

Parking is nill. Took a while to get things fixed. Upgrades that we were told were being made to our apartment never happened. There pretty much wasn't any social interaction between anyone there when I was there. The new prices are pretty ridiculous for what you get. ...
