Poorly insulated and electric heat so your monthly electric bill will be over $100 every month except the summer. My last month was $140 and I'm never around and rarely have anything using electricity. The place is dirty. They never clean the hallways and it always stinks. There were ants in my apartment when I moved in. The "free" internet they give you is always going out. There's only a few parking spots for the entire building and people tend to take them on the weekends, leaving you out of luck. And as a grand finale, my pipes burst due to the poor insulation and they're probably going to be taking me to court for $6000+ in damages due to their poorly insulated building. Also the place is right next to a bar and the drunks come out and make tons of noise at 2:30 AM. Do NOT live here or any other places operated by OPS. Oakland Property Services is a joke. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
