I rented from fall '06 through spring '08.

A little out of the way for undergrads looking for campus life, but near the hospital and not too far from engineering. The building was clean, safe and attractive. Landlords make an effort, such as tailgate events the friday before football games, small holiday gifts and resident appreciation events. I enjoyed my year there I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...
