The studio is nice but there was a weird situation with the landlord. He did not show any interest in renting the premise. When he send the application, he asked for $35 dollars fee for application process. He said the apartment was mine when I called him, but never told me when to sign the contract and did not show interest in having a meeting. I found another apartment, he said he was relieved, but he doesn't return the money. He gets the money and you don't sign the contract! ...
