Fantastic landlord. The staff is friendly and they are responsive to our maintenance. They are not perfect, but you could do much worse. Like JSM or Madison Property Management.

I had nothing but problems with Tallard from day one of move in. Getting them to fix anything is like pulling teeth. The guy you deal with at the front desk/any time you have a problem is a real jerk. The maintenance men are lazy and disrespectful to the tenants property. The houses are in bad shape for the most part. Corners are cut when stuff is being fixed. A better place for less money can def be found. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
