Management is slow to fix repairs the rent is high and the price has not been adjusted for no amenities use since the pandemic. The building is poorly managed with spit on the elevators including the buttons. Garbage hidden in stairwells, Hallways, and behind doors that lead off the elevator. Staff not willing to review cameras when people try and get into your apartment. Car windows was busted out lots of drug activity through the area. Car windows are busted are frequently in the parking lot and on the street. The building pipes sometimes smell of decomposition or fecal waste. Problems with the pipes frequently water is turned off frequently. Problems with pests control insects, bugs, and rodents. ...

This place horrible! Lots of drug use going on. Too much loitering. Sick of elevator breaking. Building lobby is always unclean or unkept. "I pay too much rent for this high rise project"! I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.

This place sucks, do not rent from here. The building is nice, but staff and maintenance sucks. If I hadn't just moved here from out of state I would be moving out after less than a month. I rented from winter '08 through spring '08.
