This place is filled with drug addicts and people who are clearly mentally ill, with the exception of a Hispanic family that seem to be average. But other than that I feel extremely unsafe, I’ve lived here for only a month now and since I started I have a couple of instances when my I’ve caught my neighbors peeking in my window.
