Living here was a nightmare. I subleased my apartment for the 23-24 school year and I absolutely do NOT recommend living here. To start, I have an ESA/service dog in training with documentation from my therapist confirming she helps mitigate my multiple disabilities. Management had a problem with this and sent lawyers asking my therapist who wrote the letter to break HIPPA and give personal information about her relationship with me and the nature of my disabilities. This is against the law for anyone not familiar with ESA’s/service dogs. They eventually stopped when I removed her for their quarterly inspections. One of the maintenance workers was also extremely inappropriate with me, coming into my room whenever they felt like it (sometimes multiple times a day) and being touchy with me and flirting. I felt extremely uncomfortable living here alone as a woman. They will add random charges to your account and the same day email notices that they will evict you if not paid immediately. Charged me for paint that was cracked before I moved in as well as many other things similar to that. Horrible management at the Lark at Kohl. Do not live here under any circumstances. I wish I would’ve listened to the prior reviews. ...
