Absolutely awful place to live. Owner is never there, and when he is, he is too busy to even listen to you if you have a problem. The employee the owner has to man the desk in the reception is unapproachable, unhelpful, arrogant, doesn't really give you the time of day. The outside door is always broken, and I've woken up some mornings with people on my coach who I don't know. If I have a problem, there is absolutely no-one to talk to and the problem goes unresolved. The whole place is full of obnoxious "bros" who don't allow me to feel comfortable in my own home. There is zero flexibility when it comes to payment methods for rent. And the man behind the desk continues to be unhelpful. Every morning at 7am and 9am there are garbage trucks that come to the bar nearby so I am woken to a million glass bottles smashing into this truck. That's just to name a few. Rent is far too high for what this place is worth. I had the worst time of my life in this building. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
