Custodial was terrible, things were never fixed and they were always so rude. Nice building, okay price, but would not recomend I rented from spring 10 through spring 11.

The Laundry Sucks. You have to plug in 2.25 for one load of drying and washing. If it even dries the first time, so you'll likely do 3.25 for just whites and then another 3.25 for darks.

The landlord is pretty good about rent payments, if you can't make it on time they're pretty understanding and lenient. The maintenance crew is good about responding to your requests as well. However, they are VERY intrusive as far as privacy goes. There's almost always a note on your door every week, saying they need to enter your apartment for one reason or another. It's a huge pain and makes you feel like you're children being supervised. The maturity-level of surrounding neighbors is also questionable. A walk back to your apartment usually involves avoiding various piles of vomit and broken beer bottles. I'd give it a B-. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...
