I have a relative that lives in these apartments and I come to visit from out of state and each time I visit they have the same issues: plumbing, water leaks, bugs, light fixtures broken, walls fallen apart, molding coming from around tub and walls, sliding door screens hanging off, parking lot dirty, garbage sitting around garbage dumpster, security gate is always open so how is the place secure. My relative calls and reports the same issues over and over and the manager says that they will send someone to repair the things but evidently they DONOT. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I believe the main reason is because of the culture that resides there. i.e, blacks and hispanics. You all need to do better and do it asap because I will be calling and emailing to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission. ...
