This has got to be the safest place to live; the police are here ALL the time. Gang bangers, drug dealers, drug addicts, prostitutes, illegal aliens and car vandals are just some of the added quirks to living here. The managers run the place as though it were a prison, giving little concern to the good people that live here. Batman would have his hands full here. Don't go outside after dark.
