Demo unit looked great but what I got is the worst apartment I've ever had. Roach infested on the day began moving in. Had to wait 4 days, until their schedule pest control visit, before the place was "bombed". Nine of the 13 electrical outlets have sockets so loose that they will not hold a plug (building/housing code non-conformance). Oven wobbly with burner not phyically mounted to stove top (electrical hazard - nonconformance). Two prior repair requests were not put in their system for maintenance and when they finally showed up to do maintenance, only 3 of the 9 defective outlets were replaced and the oven wasn't touched at all. I'm still waiting 3 days after putting in yet a third maintenance request for the oven, outlets, and dishwasher. ...
