Desert Palm Village is an OK place to live. The residents are great people, some tend to be "shady" at time but that's on a rare occasion. The place is close to ASU but rent is a bit pricey. DPV is an awesome place to party and management is awesome. the pools suck there's 4 of them, but they all suck. Overall if you .love to party then this is your place, Rent is a bit high, management is very flexible, and well its pretty close to ASU, so on a scale from 1 to 10.... Desert Palm Village would be a solid six. Oh and for the actual apartment them selves, they're kind of old and need some renovations. But ehhh, party on. I rented from fall '08 through summer '09. ...
