Greystar, the management company that runs the palms is a complete nightmare. They don't care about their residents at all and they certainly don't accomodate to any of the needs of the residents, even for things that are as simple as a maintenance request. I have currently lived in my apartment for four months now, I have had an issue with my washer and dryer that is a clear fire hazard and after making eight complaints, maintenance still has yet to come.
