Can you say NIGHTMARE? Everything about this complex was a nightmare. From the "new" carpet that was so cheap that it constantly shed, forcing me to lint roll my furniture as well as my clothing just to keep them looking nice-- to the leaky bathtub and the subsequent gnats and mosquitoes that came; this place was AWFUL. My front door broke about half-way through my lease and caused me to be unable to latch the door. The management office was completely out of touch. There was a constant disconnect between maintenance and the front office. Getting things fixed in my apartment was like pulling teeth. The A/C unit was extremely loud, but it was the only thing that kept me from hearing every move my neighbors made. I could have conversations with my neighbors THROUGH THE WALLS. The A/C unit in my apt. started leaking-like a steady stream- it took maintenance three weeks (while I was breathing in mold and mildew) to get their act together. After many phone calls and one nasty letter, they finally fixed the issue. After that issue, I was mistreated by the management office for having spoken up. There are other places that won't cause as many headaches. Please note that I could go on about the problemt in this place, I held back becuase I'm hoping you'll get the point. Stay far away from this place if you want to enjoy coming home!!! ...
