Current Resident

This place is incredible expensive and the amenities are never available. There is no available parking. Lastly there are so many homeless in the area just outside of the apartment that it is obnoxious. They do not clean or maintain the common areas properly and there is always police present at night due to fights or parties on the premises. Bikes have been stolen out of the bike room. It is not a good place for the price at all. ...
