Beautiful grounds hide what lies just below the surface. The managers and possibly the owners are nothing more than predatory slum lords. While they are so very kind when they have to fix at least something every month because the place is falling apart. As soon as you try and leave they nickel and dime you and act like an ex boyfriend or girl friend as if bettering your own circumstances is personal for them. Watch out for the big one Dominique, she’ll turn on you at the drop of a dime. Roaches? Yes! Dog poop everywhere? Yes! Bottle neck on orange grove? Yes!
