Any review that has the audacity to use the words "clean" in regards to these apartments is as filthy a liar as the landlords of this place. Disgusting, infested with cockroaches and mold, doors do not lock, patio entrances falling apart, doors falling off hinges, dogs barkings at all hours of the night and just wandering free outside (3 times a dog got out outside); trash left everywhere to attrack javalina, maintenance is incompetent and/or shady trying to cover up issues instead of solve them (we had roach issue requests deleted by staff on MULTIPLE occasions or they would even lie altogether and mark maintenance requests as "completed" when nothing was done whatsoever), lies from staff about everything from work being done to what you are going to be charged to losing paperwork so they can charge you even more (we were paying for renters insurance that we already have and a pet we DONT have!) all with horrible treatment from the management when you finally confront them with all the illegal things they have done. I will be taking them to court. ...

I love my apartment the staff is very friendly, the residents are very nice I would highly recommend sadona springs to be ur home very clean quiet it's a very safe area to live, the pets u can have swimming pools are very clean every day laundry rooms are clean. ...
