I love my apartment and the location of the complex. However, the office staff and maintenance is a complete joke! The office manager and her staff are rude and very unprofessional. The maintenance staff are a waste of time. They don’t do their job and when they do, it’s rarely done correctly. If it wasn’t for the fact that I love my apartment, the amenities, location and that I just don’t want to go through the hassle of moving again,?id get the hell up out of here. My advice, look elsewhere. Unless, you don’t mind dealing with nasty people and your a fix it yourself kind of person. ...

It is now called Gateway at Tucson. Avoid this place at all cost. I was without heat during the coldest part of the year for a month. Roaches were everywhere in the apartment. We were without internet for two months, which since my roommates and i are students, it was very detrimental. We were without water pressure for two months and had to use pans to heat up water or take showers at friends. The staff in the front office are incompetent and have no sense of the fact that they need to help their residents. Don't expect to use the hot tub. Its infested with bugs. The tanning bed is not kept up and is gross. The printer in the computer room does not work and the computer room is only open during their very short office hours. Many cars have been vandalized near the back of the complex on buildings 9 and 10. The walls are incredibly then, including the ceiling. If you are living on the bottom floor as I was you can hear every move your upstairs-neighbors make as well as your roommates within your room. There were holes in our bathroom doors when we moved in and the apartment complex tried to tell us that we had caused them even though we stated the way they were on the first day. Although new management has helped a little bit, it does not make up for any of the other problems we have had or continue to have. My roommates and I are counting down the days until we move out. Again, avoid this apartment at all costs. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
