if i could give this place a zero rating i would. i've lived here for over 2 years and am about to break my lease because everything about this place sucks. do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE. it seems convenient and well located, but that does not make up for all of its other flaws: #1 - the staff does nothing about the dogs that go to the bathroom in the parking garage, there is always DOG PEE IN MY PARKING SPACE. i am a dog owner, so it's not about the dogs. it's about implementing and enforcing a stronger policy about not letting your animals go to the bathroom down there because it's absolutely disgusting. i'm sure if they had someone walking around down there and handing out fines, the offenders would probably stop. i've complained and they say they can do nothing about it unless i know where the person lives. #2 - WALLS AND CEILING ARE PAPER THIN. i've lived in apartment buildings before, but it's like living in the ghetto here. i can hear my neighbors' dogs barking while in the apartment, their conversations when they fight, their stomping around at all hours of the morning and night. i've also complained about that and i was told to call the police, which makes no sense. #3 - APT MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE. when i put in a service request, i get a response that the problem was fixed when it wasn't. i get requests that are cancelled without being fixed. i usually have to submit a request 3-4 times, then call and complain before it gets fixed. for example the tile in the shower fell out and i had a BIG HOLE IN THERE FOR A WEEK before anything was done about it. #4 - THE STAFF IS RUDE and extremely unhelpful i lived in a lot of apartment buildings and this is the worst one. don't let the word luxury fool you. i would rather pay extra to leave this place as soon as possible than pay monthly rent to these donkeys.
