very cheaply done I currently live in a 1 bedroom apt 845 sq ft rent 2165.00 mo .counter tops are particle board Iam always wiping it down to prevent it from swelling and getting gross ,the dish washer is a frigidare which is fine except that the screws will not stay put in that cheap particle board and the dishwasher tips out and nearly tips over while being loaded. The rent is too high--why not granite or even ceramic tile for counter tops . Everything about this place was done cheap . The kitchen floor is ok it is vinal that looks like wood. There are some perks that make it not seem so bad though the swimming pool is beautiful and the. ...foliage around the grounds is tropical, the real annoyance is the north facing apts right now because the biulding and construction going on in the neighborhood is extremely noisy and dirty .... dust dirt all over the place balcony common areas ect... I don't know how the pool doesn't have dirt, I guess it gets caught on our balcony's and in our apts. so many things are not acceptable for this amount of money ... everyone hates the new manager too. rate this apt has some awful things on there that have been said by current and former residents . IO am not unhappy just yet I moved from downtown LA and love the fresher air even with all the building going on , the price is steap. Santa monica is worse price wise though .
