These people are unbelievable! They send an invoice saying we owe $500 more then our deposit for the apartment, charging us for damages etc that were there when we moved in (did no one think to look at the move-in sheet before charging') They charge full price for painting when the apartment wasn't freshly painted when we moved in (again noted on the move-in sheet) they also didnt take into account the fact the apartment was rented by us for 2 years (cant charge full paint its free, are they using magic paint that lasts forever'') AND THEN! They charge us all of this based on estimates!! By law they HAVE to give copies of receipts for the work they are charging. I agree with the other review this place is highly over priced the only good thing going is the central heat/air, the pool IS small AND dirty, the property is dirty, the parking lot is small. In short if you're looking for a place move on this is NOT a good place for you, if you are already living there and planning on moving make sure you have your paperwork to back EVERYTHING and remember RHA/Fairhousing are great places to go for help.
