The apartments are great; big units with a good price. Maintenance is fantastic and the grounds are well kept. The only con is the neighborhood with is starting to deteriorate. During the apartment glut many managers in the area rented to anyone to fill apartments. This is however not the case with Marconi Gardens East. Still a nice place with great and quiet neighbors. The managment is topnotch!! ...
