do not move here. the management company is SUPER shady. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.

Don't move here! This place sucks! The landlord is a joke. Everything is "Mickey Moused" so when you move out you'll be paying for crap that was never fixed right to begin with. They just paint over the grease spots in the kitchen so when you wipe to walls down paint will come up and all of the sudden you'll have a big grease spot that wasn't there before. If you turn on the oven, the whole place will be hot for two days. They CLAIM to have A/C, but its some old in the wall unit from when they orginally built the place. Don't bother cleaning up when you leave b/c you'll never get any of your deposit back anyway and you'll still end up paying them to "professionally" clean. The charges are outrageous. Look around and if you can find something else do yourself a favor!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
