"Horrible Move-In Experience at 10750 Palms Blvd I had a terrible experience moving into 10750 Palms Blvd. The apartment was not cleaned, had a horrible smell, and required major repairs. Despite bringing these issues to management and the owner's attention, they refused to take responsibility or make the necessary repairs. I had to call the Los Angeles housing board inspector just to get some of the repairs done. For the amount of rent I’m paying, I expected an apartment in impeccable condition. I would not recommend this place to anyone—beware before signing a lease here." ...
