It was definitely worth it because of all the students that lived there as well. I met so many new friends and loved my roommates. It made it easier especially as an incoming freshman. Would recommend 100%.

Palazzo at Campus Pointe is great because it's in a gated community with a mail-room to prevent mail theft (which is common here in Fresno, California). It's expensive, but it's worth it because of the elevator access, Wi-Fi included in rent, kitchen area, and washer-dryer in unit. My only issue is the noise levels and problems with upstairs and downstairs neighbors being too loud and rowdy. They would blast music to the point that the rooms and walls will shake and if you were talking on the phone with the windows closed, someone could hear it. Besides campus police and local police officers, there is no way to contact a manager after 6 pm regarding disturbances like these, which usually happen after 10 pm. I knocked off one star for neighborhood as well, because while it's gated and across from Campus Pointe, the traffic makes things difficult at times. Also, living across from the University isn't the safest part of Fresno, but Fresno isn't know for it's safety to begin with. ...

Overall experience was pretty good, just like any other place there was the occasional parties here and there. Apartments were nice and clean for move in. Staff was helpful and always willing to help.

Ok, Palazzo is a nice place and all but my friend and I had a lot of roommate problems and Palazzo really didn't take care of it. That would be why we want to move out this summer. They often give you two different stories and its really noisy here and the apartments seem kinda cheaply built. I honestly really have nothing good to say about this place we extremely hate it and I think you get the picture oh snd theyre expensive the prices are going up. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
