Complex went down hill after younger management took over. They let noisy tenants move in. Hope management got pay back for this by having to go through eviction process. Owner didn't move very fast on maintenance. I rented from winter 2003 through summer 2009. ...

Renters BEWARE. The manager and landlord are very unprofesional. Nothing gets fixed and everything is broken. There are roaches and termites in this apartment complex. The manager curses and yells at the tenants, especially if you are a women.The manager also uses drugs. The landlord is a drunk who barges into any of the apartments whenever he feels like it; smelling of booze and disrespecting tenants. If I would have known this before I signed a 1 year lease; I would have never rented the apartment. PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did. I rented from summer 10 through fall 11. ...
