Very very poor environment, very very poor soundproof building, and many many kids...NOT a quiet living environment at all and there is nothing the manager can do to stop the niose. Very BAD! I rented from winter '06 through fall '08.

Worst apartment management and team on the planet. I am current resident and cant wait to get out of parc ridge. I rented from winter '06 through winter '07.
