Noise, Noise, and non-stop noise. Noise from people hanging out in the parking lot until late into the night, noise from people cruising around in their cars with loud radios, noise from kids running through the halls screaming and running up and down the stairs, noise from thin walls and neighbors who are inconsiderate. Terrible management. Lie to your face, do not do anything that is asked. Last week a neighbors car had the windows broken and items were stolen out of the car. The week before a neighbors apartment was broken into. The police call and leave messages on your telephone about the crime at Estancia but when you ask management what is going on they say they are unaware of it. Last year the CSI was parked next to our apartment for 6 hours, a neighbor was raped and beaten by an intruder. Instead of warning people to be careful, the management told me that a tenant called CSI to have her roommate kicked out. New manager is the worse of the 4 managers we have had in the past 3 years. Do not keep the place maintained and ignore complaints of noise. You can find a better place to live and spend your money for rent. I rented from fall '06 through spring '09. ...
