I was living with three other roommates that made the experience memorable. The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable and I would love to live there again in the future. The grounds are also very nice and ept very clean.

This is the most disgusting place I've ever lived, if I wasn't stuck in this lease I would have moved out after the second month. My bedroom window had an attempted break-in wherein I had to call 911. My car window was shattered and everything taken (as well as the clicker to the security gate so they can come back and do it to your car!!) They have a HUGE cockroach problem. Anyone who thinks they are high and mighty and can keep them away by "being clean" is ignorant and arrogant. I keep the cleanest house of anyone I know and have been struggling with this investation since my first month. I rented from spring '07 through summer '08. ...

I have lived in these apartments for 2 1/2 years and I have had no problems. We hardly had any problems with roaches. The only time we had some problem was when we had a really dirty neighbor that moved out. It is possible to maintain a clean house and keep them away. Also parking can be hard to find for visitors but it is the only apartment with visitor parking in the area. Most don't even have it. As far as cars getting broken into. We have never had a problem as long as you lock it and don't keep anything valuable in it. Thomas in the office has been nothing but helpful and has done a lot for the complex. It's a good price for the apartment but you aren't going to get a luxury apartment complex with such a low price. The only reason I would not recommend it is if you aren't in college and don't like a lot of noise on the weekends. But it's a college town, that's what happens. I rented from summer '05 through spring '07. ...

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment. The Manager in the leasing office treats you with absolutely no respect and doesnt reallt give two rats asses what happens to you. My car has been broken into and also stolen. There is a major cockroach infestastion no matter hoe clean you and the office doesnt do anything about it. Mainly watch out for the lady in the front office shes a real witch with no heart I rented from spring '06 through spring '08. ...
