I like my studio. Place is converted Victorian House. Park is bad especially Friday and Saturday nights because clubs and bars are blocks away. Also the Aerie by Fraternal Order of Eagles (similar to Elks lodge) is 4 units down and they have functions every day except Mon, Tues, Wed., Parking is the worst on Fri and Sat. You can walk to restaurants and supermarket. Apt is on Centre and University, one block before Park Blvd. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...
