There is only about 100 or so apartments so it's not like other big complexes I have lived in before. It's more homely. Some of our neighbors have been here more than 10 years. Managers and staff are ALWAYS working. We joke if they ever eat or sleep. It's nice to be home without a lot of noise. Neighbors are friendly, price was the lowest on the block, and you do not have to fight all the traffic of living downtown. Only 10-15 minutes away from Cal State Fullerton.
