I thought we had a steal when we moved in but some the roaches came and the bathroom shower head broke and it took maintence too a week to come. By that time the water leaking was runing hot all day and night and cause the a portion of the apartemt to mold. Plus the people living around the apartment blast spanish music all the time and have parties that cover the courtyard with out asking permission. I had to call the police to brake a fight here.
