great amenities. pool, hot tub, work out rooms, vaulted ceilings, new carpets...apartment is spacious, deck space is great, neighbors are quiet, pets are welcome and the landscape/layout is very nice. however, the office staff is very unresponsive and can be quite curt. we recieved a 'pay or quit' notice when we came back from out of town and our payment was three days late. if you're a college student STAY AWAY! As we learned, a group larger than three will recieve a complaint, ten o' clock means "lights out" around here! Manager threatened to evict us after having a group of friends over to watch a movie! Laundry machines are often broken or in use, 'work requests' are put off and sometimes ignored altogether, and the office regularly looses packages. they promise a covered parking space when you move in, but its not kept. they are contanstly undergoing construction for one reason or another around here, and its not a suprise to hear weed wackers, drills, saws and the like running at 6am. Not all its cracked up to be, and especially for the price. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
