My boyfriend and I had a one bedroom for $925 and only about 630 square feet...We were SO cramped. Very small. A lot of families, some that have kids run up and down the halls late at night a few days out of the week. Also there was an apartment by ours that partied, LOUD and late into the night, almost every night. So security, if there really is any patrol, is not good to control the curfew and noise level at night.Parking was all open, but pretty easy to get close to the apartment. Great for a CSUF student, took me about five minutes to walk to school. If you don't mind the small space (you may or may not get as much noise as we did on our part of the building--the E building) and you are a student it would be nice.
