There was a very diverse crowd at Pebble Grove, with families, college students, and older people. Parking was a nightmare, only one spot provided per apartment, unless they had extra available and you paid for it. Very affordable. Ants were common. Atmosphere is very esthetically pleasing. New appliances and carpet, kept very up-to-date and clean. Cats ok. The new management is trying to put in new rules but the residents are resisting. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
